Jason Gaver, a local U.S. Navy Veteran, has entered into an agreement to acquire Mulch & More Incorporated, a family run business located in Winnabow, NC.
Mulch & More is the leading provider of mulch and landscape products for homeowners and commercial landscapers in Brunswick and surrounding counties. The company was founded 14 years ago by George and Laura Patterson.
Jason Gaver commented, “George and Laura have built a great organization from the ground up. Given the explosive growth of our region, my family and I saw an opportunity that would allow us to grow with our neighbors while providing a valuable service. We are looking forward to many years of serving our community as their trusted mulch and landscape product supplier.”

About Jason Gaver: Jason is a 9 year veteran of the United States Navy who moved to the region two years ago with his wife who grew up in Winnabow. Prior to acquiring Mulch & More, Jason ran a successful landscaping business servicing clients in New Hanover and Brunswick Counties. Jason previously worked in the Defense Industry as a Weapons Analyst supporting multiple Department of Defense customers.
