As a response to the explosive growth in northern Brunswick County, Maus,Warwick, Matthews & Company along with McKinley Building are excited to announce the construction of four new retail, office, and restaurant buildings at Westgate Marketplace, next to the Leland Super Wal-Mart.

The 4 ½ acre site will have 31,600 square feet of leasable space with ample parking. The buildings are designed with a southern flare (clad with shake and clapboard siding and metal roof accents). Westgate Marketplace is over 50% pre-leased.

At the ceremony a statement will be made announcing new tenants. Several of the businesses/tenants will be available for a meet and greet.
